Substrate Flex adhesive large format

Cement-based, fiber-reinforced flexible adhesive mortar for flow-bed as well as thin- and medium-bed installation. Ideally suited for ceramic tiles and slabs, porcelain stoneware, split tiles, brick slips, and precast concrete elements. Particularly recommended for large-format tiles on walls and floors. The mortar is flexible, flowable and deformable in accordance with the guidelines of the German Construction Chemicals Association, easy to apply, fiber-reinforced and polymer-modified. It sets hydraulically, is water- and frost-resistant, and classified as very low emission (GEV-EMICODE EC 1 Plus). Suitable for underfloor heating. Also compliant with low-chromate content as per Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.

Hydraulically setting, highly flexible, cement-based adhesive mortar with optimized consumption and application properties. Suitable for installation on “young” unheated cement screeds – from 5 days after walkability. Also applicable on concrete floor constructions with a minimum class of CT-F4 and at least 28 days of curing (or follow specific guidance). Offers excellent workability, maximum flexibility and deformability. Provides a decoupling effect, relieves tension, and can be applied without primer in many areas. Ideal for large-format porcelain stoneware. Suitable for thin-bed installation on wall and floor surfaces, and as a flow-bed adhesive on floors.

Ideal for the installation of large-format tiles. Can also be used as a repair mortar under tiles in layers up to 30 mm.

Highly modified, cement-based mortar for demanding applications – with reduced slip and extended open time. Suitable for tile and slab installation both indoors and outdoors. Compatible with all tile sizes, especially large formats. This flexible large-format adhesive offers exceptional bonding strength. It is a highly efficient, hydraulically hardening thin- or medium-bed mortar with a high content of lightweight fillers, suitable for ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, artificial or precast concrete elements. Its outstanding sag resistance ensures that even large-format tiles stay firmly in place on walls. Due to its low material consumption, the yield is comparable to that of a lightweight adhesive. Important: For wall applications, always apply without scratch coat or buttering-floating method!

Fast-setting, cement-based mortar designed for demanding applications – with reduced slip and extended open time. Suitable for wall and floor installations, indoors and outdoors. Recommended for thin- and medium-bed installation of ceramic tiles and slabs, non-translucent and non-staining natural stones, split tiles, brick slips, and precast concrete elements. Also ideal for large-format tiles up to approx. 1.5 × 3.5 m.
