Universal Adhesive
illbruck SP050 is a one-component, stable, elastic hybrid adhesive suitable for technical bonding and sealing in construction, trade, and crafts. Applicable for metal cladding, pipe and cable penetrations, or as a sprayable flange seal in heating systems. SP050 is permanently elastic, easy to process, solvent-, isocyanate-, and silicone-free, with excellent adhesion to metals. Highly suitable for MINERGIE-Eco (1st priority) and EC1 PLUS R certified for indoor air quality.

Application
Substrates must be clean, sound, and dry. SP050 can be applied directly from the cartridge using a manual or pneumatic gun. For large components, apply parallel beads at approx. 10 cm spacing. Fresh adhesive can be removed with AT115 or AT200 cleaner; cured material only mechanically. Conduct preliminary tests on critical substrates. Temperature resistant from -40°C to +90°C, processing temperature +5°C to +40°C.

Crystal-clear adhesive and sealant
The 1-component, fast-curing hybrid adhesive SP030 combines high transparency with durable elasticity. Perfect for bonding glass panes to aluminum or anodized frames in display cases and shop windows, as well as sealing glass elevators. Well suited for interior applications, odorless, solvent- and silicone-free, compatible with most construction materials.

Application
Apply directly from the cartridge using manual or pneumatic guns. Ensure bubble-free application and smooth the surface with finishing agent within skin formation time. Not suitable for butyl, neoprene, EPDM, or bitumen/tar substrates. Ideal for clear sealing and interior glass bonding.

Styrene-free sealing resin

Styrene-free sealing resin
OT135 is a 2-component, styrene-free sealing resin designed for hollow and solid body anchors. Ideal for shutters, blinds, gates, satellite dishes, signs, and water heaters. Easy to use, fast curing, ETE-compliant, cartridge compatible with standard mastic guns, low odor, and reliable for indoor and outdoor applications.

Application
Apply OT135 into prepared and cleaned holes. For hollow bodies use the mesh, for solid bodies insert directly, moving in rotation and translation. Follow temperature-dependent curing times according to ETE 19/0540. Not suitable for reinforcement. Perfect for durable building anchors and sealings.
