illbruck Proflex Seal

This 1-component elastic hybrid polymer-based sealant is used for the elastic sealing of structural joints in accordance with DIN 18540 and for connection joints between concrete, masonry, metal, wood and various plastics in accordance with ISO 11600. An odorless splitting product is released during the curing process. In addition to its very good resistance to weathering, ageing and light, SP520 also adheres securely to standard building materials without primer (see primer table) and is insensitive to moisture. Once the sealant has fully cured, temperatures of up to +90°C are possible. Very well suited for MINERGIE-Eco, 1st priority according to Eco-BKP.

This elastic, stable, 1-component, hybrid polymer-based adhesive is particularly suitable for stress-equalizing bonding of a wide range of materials in the construction, trade and industrial sectors that require immediate, high initial adhesion. The adhesive can be used indoors and outdoors. It is ideal for horizontal and vertical bonding of materials without additional fixing, e.g. wood and wood-based materials, many metals, glass, mineral building materials, sandwich elements, plastics, etc.

Window and connection joint sealant

illbruck Flex Seal 20

illbruck SP510 is suitable according to DIN EN ISO 11600 for the permanently elastic and low-emission sealing of connection joints of windows and doors in interior and exterior areas.

The wide adhesion spectrum allows easy processing without primer on many substrates. The viscosity is adjusted so that the sealant is easy to apply even through narrow nozzles. Particularly suitable for sealing components with low strength, such as aerated concrete.
