Facade Sealant
The SP520 one-component elastic hybrid polymer sealant is ideal for elastic sealing of construction joints according to DIN 18540 and ISO 11600 for connection joints between concrete, masonry, metal, wood, and various plastics. It is solvent-, isocyanate-, and silicone-free, permanently elastic, and weather-resistant. During curing, a neutral odorless by-product is released, and adhesion to common building materials is achieved without primer. After full curing, it withstands temperatures up to +90°C.

Application
SP520 is suitable for elastic façade joints, connection joints, and sealing in building construction. Its low viscosity at low temperatures and short stringing make it easy to apply. Perfect for MINERGIE-Eco projects and use on porous or smooth substrates, with or without primer. Available in cartridge or sausage pack in various colors.

SP350 High Tack Pro is a one-component elastic hybrid polymer adhesive that provides instant high initial tack. It is ideal for stress-compensating bonding of various materials such as wood, wood-based panels, metals, glass, mineral building materials, sandwich panels, and plastics, for both interior and exterior use. Solvent-, isocyanate-, and silicone-free, it is permanently elastic and mechanically strong. Its fast curing and easy extrusion allow efficient application without additional fixation.

Application
SP350 is used horizontally and vertically in construction, crafts, and industry where materials require immediate fixation. Perfect for demanding bonding tasks needing lasting elasticity and high initial tack. EC1 PLUS certified, temperature resistant from -40°C to +90°C.

illbruck SP510 Flex Seal 20 is a one-component, permanently elastic hybrid sealant for sealing window and door connection joints, suitable for interior and exterior use. Its broad adhesion allows easy application on many substrates without primer, even on low-strength materials such as aerated concrete. SP510 is low-odor, solvent-, isocyanate-, and silicone-free, UV- and weather-resistant. Its optimized viscosity allows easy application even through narrow nozzles.
