Universal adhesive
SP050 is a 1-component, stable, elastic hybrid adhesive for technical bonding and sealing in construction and crafts. Suitable for metal cladding, pipe and cable penetrations, or as sprayable flange seal in heating applications. Permanently elastic, solvent-, isocyanate-, and silicone-free. Excellent adhesion to metals, short open time, certified “1st priority” Minergie-Eco and EC1 PLUS R.

Application
Surface preparation: clean, dry, and load-bearing. Apply directly from cartridge or aluminum pack using manual or pneumatic gun. For larger parts, apply beads at ~10 cm spacing. Cleaning: fresh material with AT115 or AT200 cleaner, cured material removed mechanically. Not suitable for polyethylene, silicone, EPDM, or bitumen-containing substrates.
