We are pleased to inform you that Casaton AG will be integrated into Tegum AG with effect from January 1st, 2026. Tegum AG will act as the legal successor to both companies in future.

• An expanded product range: The existing Casaton range will be fully integrated into the Tegum AG portfolio and available in the Tegum online shop – naturally under the usual item numbers. 
• Greater availability and service expertise: By merging our warehouse and delivery structures, we are creating greater efficiency, higher delivery capacity and faster response times. 
• Competent contact persons: Your previous contact persons will continue to be there for you. At the same time, you will benefit from expanded consulting expertise in both internal and external sales. 
• Continuity in cooperation: Existing framework agreements and delivery agreements will of course remain valid.
