Substrate Flex adhesive large format

Cement-based, fiber-reinforced flexible adhesive mortar for flow-bed as well as thin- and medium-bed installation. Ideally suited for ceramic tiles and slabs, porcelain stoneware, split tiles, brick slips, and precast concrete elements. Particularly recommended for large-format tiles on walls and floors. The mortar is flexible, flowable and deformable in accordance with the guidelines of the German Construction Chemicals Association, easy to apply, fiber-reinforced and polymer-modified. It sets hydraulically, is water- and frost-resistant, and classified as very low emission (GEV-EMICODE EC 1 Plus). Suitable for underfloor heating. Also compliant with low-chromate content as per Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.

Fast-setting, flexible, and highly abrasion-resistant cementitious grout with excellent resistance to de-icing salts. Suitable for grouting ceramics such as stoneware, porcelain stoneware, split tiles, coarse and fine ceramics, as well as reconstituted stone in areas subject to high mechanical stress and limited chemical exposure. Ideal for infrastructure projects such as tunnels and train stations, car washes, cold storage rooms, balconies, terraces, wet areas, and underfloor heating systems. Offers improved resistance to chemicals compared to conventional cement-based grouts. Resists high-pressure cleaning (up to 150 °C and 100 bar, short-term). When grouting slip-resistant or rough tiles, especially porcelain stoneware, any residue must be carefully removed while still fresh. Pre-testing of grouting and cleaning is recommended.
