Well foam
This 1-component polyurethane foam is ideal for sealing and joining concrete well rings and groove joints. It adheres to concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, metal, fiber cement, and plastics such as polystyrene, rigid PU foam, polyester, and hard PVC. Excellent adhesion, dimensional stability, resistance to rot, heat, and water. HFC-free, moisture-curing, and fast-setting.

Application
Shake can well, attach to gun, and apply foam sparingly to groove or joint surfaces. Join concrete rings within 5–8 minutes. Trim excess foam after curing. Use in well-ventilated areas only; not UV-resistant. Wear eye, hand, and protective clothing.

Insulation board adhesive

Insulation board adhesive
PU020 is a 1-component foam adhesive for bonding insulation boards such as polystyrene (EPS, XPS), rigid polyurethane foam, or mineral fiber boards. Suitable for flat roofs, perimeter insulation, basements, and walls. Compatible with many cold-bitumen coatings and adheres to concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, metal, fiber cement, and plastics. Easy to apply, no mixing required, compensates minor surface irregularities.

Application
Shake the can well before use, attach to the gun, and apply adhesive to the insulation board or substrate. For flat roofs, apply at least three continuous beads per m². Press boards in place and fix if necessary. For facades and basement ceilings, apply adhesive around the edges and a central bead. Remove any excess after curing. Use only in well-ventilated areas; not UV resistant.

This single-component polyurethane foam is suitable for filling, insulating and insulating window connection joints in accordance with RAL specifications and for filling connection joints in door frames. Thanks to its high elasticity of over 30%, the foam can better absorb component movements. It adheres to concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, metal, fiber cement, and plastics such as polystyrene, rigid PU foam, polyester, or hard PVC. Universally applicable, processable from -10°C, excellent acoustic and thermal insulation, dimensional stability, resistant to rot, heat, and water. HFC-free, moisture-curing, fast-setting.

Application
Shake can well, attach to gun, and apply foam sparingly in bead method. For deep joints, apply in layers and moisten if needed. Fix window or door frames during curing. Trim excess foam after curing. Not UV-resistant. Wear eye, hand, and protective clothing.

2K Assembly Foam Plus

illbruck 2C Fix Foam FM710 – 2K PU Foam
This 2-component polyurethane foam is perfect for filling cavities and for insulation and sealing. Adheres to concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, metal, fiber cement, and plastics such as polystyrene, rigid PU foam, polyester, or hard PVC. Resistant to rot, heat, water, and many chemicals. Fast processing due to short curing times. High strength thanks to high density. HFC-free, 2-component system, can be applied at +10–25 °C.

Application
Attach valve lever with extension tube, insert activation button, shake can vigorously. Apply foam evenly, keep can downward, empty within 3 minutes. Trim excess foam after curing. Not UV-resistant. Wear gloves, eye protection, and protective clothing.
