FF197 is a modified one-component polyurethane foam for fire-resistant sealing of construction joints. The foam is suitable for filling and sealing linear joints where fire protection is required and provides fire resistance of up to 240 minutes. The product offers quick and easy application, high yield and low consumption per running metre of joint. FF197 also provides excellent acoustic joint sealing and cures rapidly. Thanks to its 2-in-1 valve, it can also be applied manually.

Application
For filling and sealing joints between mineral building elements where fire protection performance is required. Suitable for applications with VKF approval no. 27630.

Nullifire FS703 fire-resistant silicone

FS703 is a one-component, elastic, fire-resistant alkoxy silicone sealant for construction joints in both interior and exterior applications. It provides up to 240 minutes of fire resistance and is suitable for wall and ceiling joints, joints between frames and reveals, and connection joints between different materials. FS703 is suitable for joint widths up to 50 mm and provides excellent airtight sealing. The common installation depth is 2:1 in relation to joint width and depth. The product has VKF approval no. 27628.

Application
For construction joints between concrete, masonry, wood or steel in indoor and outdoor areas with movement capability of ±7.5%.

Fire-resistant acrylic sealant

Nullifire FS702 fire-resistant sealant

FS702 is a fire-resistant and flexible sealant for joint sealing in a wide range of installation situations. The product provides up to 240 minutes of fire resistance and offers excellent sound insulation and airtightness values. It is suitable for joints with movement capability up to ±7.5%, and up to 30% when used on mineral wool board. FS702 is paintable, allowing colour-matched finishing. It is also suitable for smoke sealing and remains airtight up to 2,000 Pa. Product traceability is ensured by Optifire and Optifire+ technology.

Application
For fire-resistant sealing of linear openings between different building elements and for sealing smoke control doors. Suitable for concrete, masonry, wood, steel and lightweight partitions.
