TEGUTOP® 483 WELD

The TEGUTOP® 483 WELD under-roof membrane is hot-air or solvent weldable, made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with monolithic membrane technology. It provides high durability, waterproofing (class W1), and complies with SIA 232:2000 standards. The integrated self-adhesive strip simplifies fixing during welding. Can be installed directly on battens, thermal insulation, or roof boards.

Application
Ideal for fully insulated pitched roofs with a minimum slope of 10°. Weldable on both sides with a seam at least 4 cm wide and 15 cm overlap. Suitable for vapor-permeable under-roof membranes, weather-resistant for up to 3 months, and usable within a temperature range of –40 °C to +80 °C.

The acrylic adhesive ensures secure bonding, while the material remains flexible and temperature-resistant. The pre-cut pieces allow fast and clean installation on site.
