Construction protection mats

The TEGUM construction protection mat, made of recycled rubber granulate bound with polyurethane, reliably protects high-quality waterproofing and insulation from mechanical damage. Highly elastic, resistant to pressure and impact, water- and moisture-resistant, and vapor-permeable. Chemically neutral, resistant to diluted acids and alkalis, UV-stable, with high material density (~730 kg/m³) for durability and secure performance. Compliant with DIN 18195 part 10.

Application
Ideal for protecting waterproofing on flat and green roofs, terraces, parking decks, underground garages, as well as civil, bridge, road, garden, and landscaping works. Can be loosely laid or glued. Not suitable as impact sound insulation.

TEGUBIT E4 soundproofing film

TEGUBIT E4 Sound Insulation Sheet 0.5 x 1.0 m

Highly flexible sound insulation sheet made of vulcanized elastomers filled with a specially selected heavy mineral powder mixture and equipped with a self-adhesive backing. The material contains no volatile or toxic substances, heavy metals, or their compounds, ensuring environmentally safe disposal. Due to its low thermoplasticity, the sheet remains stable even on vertical surfaces and at higher temperatures. The selected elastomers prevent brittleness at temperatures below 0 °C, ensuring long-lasting sound insulation performance.

Application
Suitable for applications requiring sound absorption across a wide temperature range. Ideal for roof constructions, interior fittings, door panels, kitchen installations, and HVAC systems. Also used in vehicle, machinery, cabin, and metal façade construction.
