Building protection mat

The building protection mat made from recycled rubber granulate provides reliable protection for high-quality waterproofing membranes and insulation layers against mechanical damage. Its tough, elastic structure ensures high resistance to pressure and impact. The mat is water-permeable, moisture-resistant, chemically neutral and resistant to water as well as diluted acids and alkalis. It complies with DIN 18195 part 10 and is UV-resistant. With a material density of approx. 730 kg/m³, it offers long-lasting performance even under demanding conditions.

Application
Protection of waterproofing systems on flat and green roofs, terraces, parking decks and underground garages, as well as in civil engineering and landscaping. Loose laid or bonded, not suitable as impact sound insulation.

TEGUBIT E4 soundproofing film

Heavy foil

Highly flexible sound insulation film made of vulcanized elastomers, filled with a selected, specifically heavy mineral powder mixture and self-adhesive on one side. Contains no openly volatile or toxic substances, heavy metals or their compounds, neither in the binder nor in the fillers. This ensures problem-free disposal of waste. Thanks to its low thermoplasticity, run-off is impossible, even on vertical surfaces and at high temperatures. Due to the selected elastomers, there is no embrittlement even below 0°C and thus no reduction in the dam properties.

Application
TEGUBITR heavy foil is suitable for all applications where sound has to be absorbed over a wide temperature range. It is particularly suitable for use in roof extensions, where TEGUBITR heavy foil can be used simultaneously as noise insulation and as a sound-absorbing membrane. It is also well suited for interior fittings, door panels, kitchen fittings, air conditioning and ventilation systems as well as vehicle, machine, cabin and metal façade construction.
