GS231 is a 1-component sanitary silicone sealant for wet rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens. Suitable for sealing connection and expansion joints on tiled walls, bathtubs, showers, countertops, as well as metal and glass applications. 100 % silicone, fungicide-treated, EMICODE® EC1Plus certified, high tear resistance, fast curing, excellent smoothness and workability. Temperature resistant from -40 °C to +180 °C, elongation at break 240 %, recovery >95 %.
