Facade Sealant
The SP520 one-component elastic hybrid polymer sealant is ideal for elastic sealing of construction joints according to DIN 18540 and ISO 11600 for connection joints between concrete, masonry, metal, wood, and various plastics. It is solvent-, isocyanate-, and silicone-free, permanently elastic, and weather-resistant. During curing, a neutral odorless by-product is released, and adhesion to common building materials is achieved without primer. After full curing, it withstands temperatures up to +90°C.

Application
SP520 is suitable for elastic façade joints, connection joints, and sealing in building construction. Its low viscosity at low temperatures and short stringing make it easy to apply. Perfect for MINERGIE-Eco projects and use on porous or smooth substrates, with or without primer. Available in cartridge or sausage pack in various colors.
